I headed out today to get in a quarter. I started into Cleveland Park and got on the Trail at the F86 Memorial and rode out through Falls Park. I stopped early at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and had a bacon and egg sandwich and a cup of coffee. I bought a pair of oatberry shortbreads to take home - one for Cis and one for our friend Beth at the games. But I got home too late to see Cis, so I left her treat at home and I ate Beth's. We'll get one for Beth some other time. I rode from there up the trail, but it was getting crowded on such a nice day. I rode all the way to the north end and turned back south. Since the trail was getting full I got off at Gateway Park on the north side of TR and cut over to the base of Paris Mountain and came into town on Old Buncombe. I came back in by way of Cleveland Park and East North again. A pretty good ride.
