Tonight I headed up the trail to get an ice cream. Again I feel like I have DLS. I think that I am gaining so much weight that every ride is becoming a challenge. I need to get back to my diet and see if I can't shed 40 or 50 pounds. Once I made the ice cream shop Jenn wasn't there. She had gone to a Drive game. I had a small Kahlua/ Vanilla twist and was on my way. A little beyond Furman there was a small group of riders clumped on the trail. I passed them then they blew by me. It was two younger guysand an older man. The two young guys blew by us and must have been running about 25 mph. I latched onto the rear wheel of the older guy and stayed right on him. I was able toloaf in behind him, but I knew that if I passed him thathe would be all over me. We came to a crossing then we rode side by side the next several miles.we had a goodmride along with pleasant conversation then I jumped off at Hudson.
