 ICAR
I waited until 5:30 to make my ride at the ICAR this evening. I don't mind riding in the heat, but I wilt in the high sun. The red hair disappeared many years ago, but the red-headed complexion is still with me. I was on my first loop when I ran into my riding buddy Dennis. He slowed down and rode with me for about 4 miles and we discussed the bikes that I have been looking at. He really encouraged me to go ahead and get the Gary Fisher Rail that I have been looking at. I pushed myself to break the 13 mph barrier but as you can see I fell just short. But that gives me something to work toward. We'll see what I can do with a road bike, although I still plan to ride my comfort bike on trails and the like.
