 Winding Down
Still pretty cool for Alabama in May. Rode the default loop down to Jenifer again. Legs were stiff and body still run down but now my cruising speed has increased notably and had a decent average without too much effort. I did push the longest hill until my legs turned to rubber but the rest of the ride was effortless. Job is winding down and I soon will start getting more than five hours sleep each day and I'm hoping I'll get more energized. Won't be able to make the race in Addison tomorrow or the three mountain century in Tennessee and that is a little depressing. Things look good for the metric century in Atlanta on Sunday and maybe some climbs in the Blue Ridge mountains on Monday. Might even risk trying a long ride in the morning.
