Sun was out but it was cold and damp even so. Wind was nasty out of the north and the air was heavy with moisture. Legs didn't like the weather and were leaden. Add in some stomach cramps and it made for a cheerless ride. Had planned to get out a little earlier when it was colder to harden myself a little for a cold race in the rain on Saturday, but had a flat when I got my bike out and had to do repairs. There was no joy in Mudville today.
