Rode the same course as yesterday except with a couple of improvements. Wind was still out of the north but a third of the speed it was yesterday. Air was also a little dryer although it was already clouding up for rain coming later in day. Legs felt a little better than yesterday but far from good. Spun to the foot of the small climb fairly well but legs had neither strength nor speed on the climb. Spun the rest of the ride except the long downhill that was a bit on the chilly side which nI coasted down. Got some miles in without suffering but there still wasn't much enjoyment on today's short jaunt.
