Today I rode to Cleveland Park and met Ken to ride up to Dukes Doggs for our Friday dogg. Falls Park was closed to bikes for Artisphere but th epolice let us through since the crowd hadn't gathere yet. We rode a leisurely pace and discussed many common and uncommon subjects. We finally made it up the trail, turned around across from Sunrift, and rode back to Dukes for some Doggs. I had my first Dominator Dogg - a dog with every thing that they have - cheese, chile, kraut, slaw, onions, mustard, ketchup, and jalepenos. It was too messy to eat with the bun, but it cut up and ate well. I had it with fries, a little brownie, and lemonade. We talked for a while and I said "Isn't that Walter outside?" Then Walter came in and the discussions took on a new life. We talked and talked as Walter always has a story and a unique perspective. We had just been talking about him and he shows up. Walter asked how long the shop had been there and I said 3 or 4 years. He had never been in before. But he came in for an ice cream cone. After he left Kristy joined us for a totally different perspective. Her dad is a local politician so the discussions headed that way. We finished up and headed for home. We worked out way past Artisphere and cut across and got back to East North to get home.
