Have been rather depressed after last week's weak time trial and the weekend's lackluster racing. Took a few days off and hoped the legs might recover a bit. A little cloudy today and thought it wasn't very windy until I got on the bike. Went out to ride the hollow hard but couldn't put anything together and spun it out. Didn't appear that the off days put any snap in the legs.
