Since Falls Park and Main Street are both closed to cycling traffic for Artisphere I decided to head south and tour Lake Conestee. There is a cyclling path there, but it doesn't lend itself well to a road bike. So I slowed down and poked my way through it. I also stopped several times to take pix. It was fairly hot, very windy, and a tough day to ride. I have to say that this was the toughest quarter that I remember riding. And it was barely a quarter at 25.03 miles. I don't know what else to say about it other than I survived it.
