Didn't feel much better today than I did after yesterday's unpleasant outing. Still felt under the weather and have now have a rather annoying sinus infection to go with my other ills. Planned on doing a thirty miler on the road bike with the "get back on the horse that threw me" mindset but that wasn't happening. Did take the mountain bike for a tour around the swamp. Still wasn't feeling it though and am going to need some major sunshine and hot temperatures to get out of this funk. Well that and no wind for a change.
