Legs felt better today and planned on an easy pace as half a half century in Henderson Harbor tomorrow. Heavy showers were forecast for late morning so kept the mileage fairly low. Havana Glen climb wasn't too bad again as I seem to be getting a little stronger on the steeper stuff. Still not fast but not cracking either. Had a pleasant easy pace to the Junction and fairly easy climb up the Sullivinville grade. Didn't do much into the wind and regretted it later in the ride. Rode the tailwind back from Horseheads and started to hit some wet roads through Millport. Got about a mile from the house before the sky really opened up. Sought shelter in the lay by outside of town and stood against a large tree. Spent twenty minutes under the tree but actually stayed pretty dry. Storm dropped over an inch of water in that twenty minutes. Made a run for home when the showers lessened. Nice ride today but wish I would have rode a little harder or left a little earlier and spent less time under the tree.
