Temperature dropped sometime during the night and some clouds set in. Plan on doing a couple of races this weekend with tomorrow's being a road race in Hamburg, NY, so took an easy ride today. Did very little work today which made for a nice soft ride. Little disappointing that the average speed that I have when I take it easy and that from when I push the pace is not very significant. Part of getting old I suppose.
