 Travel Day
I have a metric century in Delaware in the morning so got a short ride in before packing up and heading out. Rode the into the wind to Millport and just kept an easy spin. Did do a brisk climb up Burch Hill before going back to touring speed down Middle Road to Horseheads. Headed home down the slot and did just enough speed work with mile long hard pulls to get the average up to fifteen. After that went back to spinning an easy pace just enough to keep average at fifteen. Legs felt good on climb and speed came easy when I made the effort. Hopefully will feel good in the morning. Got a late start but made the four and a half hour drive to Maryland and got there before dark. Love the long days of June.
