 Travel Day
Today was a travel day to Staunton, VA for a century in the morning. I had planned on driving to PA and stopping for a short ride as it was forecast to rain all morning at home. Got up though and there wasn't any sign of rain so opted to ride Johnson Hollow before I started the six hour plus drive. Kept it in the small chainring for most of the ride and had a slight tailwind on the upgrade to Millport. Took it easy on the climb and only put it in the big chainring after reaching the crossroad at Moreland. Stretched the legs a bit after coasting the downhill to Watkins over the last two miles to get the average up to fifteen. Another nice day for riding. Found out on the drive that the predicted rain all went to PA that was supposed to be dry.
