The bike has been at the LBS for the past week for a tune up, a new chain, and to rewrap the handlebars. I have missed the riding and the runner's highs that go along with it. But it out and I'm back on the road again! After not riding for 9 days I was really sucking wind today but kept pushing it. I did my usual route out East North to downtown to the SRT up to TR and back. I ran in a light rain for about 4 miles on the ride home. It started a little north of Furman and ended around Blue Ridge. It was surely a good thing to get on the bike again.
