Last night I asked Steve if he wanted to ride today, so we agreed to meet at 8 at Overbrook Baptist. I got there just ahead of Steve and he said to wait to see if Ken was coming. Ken showed up quickly and we headed toward the Parks and onto the trail. We rode to the north end then on to White Horse Extension on the unfinished part of the trail. Then we rode over to Tubbs Mountain road and climbed Tubbs Mointain then followed that back to Travelers Rest. We rode on down the trail to the Swamp Rwbbit Cafe where I had a peach shortbread with sweet tea. Steve called Mitch and Mapitchnpicked him up at the cafe. Ken and I went down the trail and I cut off at Hudson. This is the first time that Steve and I have ridden together since before his knee surgery. So it has been close to a year.
