After blowing up yesterday, today's Sunday ride was the toughest one that I have done. My inner thighs were really hurting from cramping so badly yesterday. Today there were twelve riders - Ken, Steve Y, Don, Kimberly, Steve on the recumbent, Bill D, Georgie, Kenyan, Doug, Mark, Susan, and me.
We rode to the turn around and some were going to go to the north end and ride the new part of the trail. Some of us went to the Forest for snacks and conversation. I had a blueberry parfait and frozen green tea.
Ken found a small dog on the way back.
