Cool wet weather continues. Had a small break in the rain so headed out for Johnson Hollow. Nasty wind has changed since it is now blowing out of the North rather than the South. Spun my way to Millport at a leisurely pace. Tried to push the little hill out of Millport but legs have no power but still have a decent spin. Put some effort into the climbing section and was having a good ride until it started to rain. When I was climbing into the wind it didn't seem too bad. Then I crested the top of the hill and it hit me big time. At that point I abandoned the good ride and continued on one that really sucked. Not common to worry about wind chill in June but combination of headwind, high speed descent and a good soaking had my hands going numb and my torso shivering by the bottom of the hill in Watkins. Got better when I finished the ride with the wind at my back but overall it was not a good day on the bike.
