This morning was the Dedication and opening of the Swamp Rabbit Trail bridge behind Greenville Tech and about a mile of new trail up to 291. I rode my latest route but included the new section of the trail to get across 291 and over to Parkins Mill. I really wanted to increase my average speed so pushed a little harder today and was successful. I need to keep pushing and get my legs back. I also ran into Dennis while in the ICAR. I hadn't seen Dennis for quite some time.
