 Spin to Penn Yan
Had two strong rides over the past couple of days so wanted to tone it down today to protect the legs for the weekend's racing. Took the steep climbs to Reading Center and felt good with some fast spinning. Sun felt good and saw quite a few of the Amish on on bikes today. Got tired on the climb out of Dundee to Penn Yan and didn't recover on the downhill. Saw that they had just repaved the Himrod road and decided to ride it rather than taking 54 to Dresdan. Avoided one climb by doing it but legs didn't feel well at all so figured I'd made the right choice. Cruised easy from Glenora and down the hill to Watkins. Finished more tired than refreshed as I had hoped. But did get a good ride in before it started raining again.
