 Late Afternoon Ride
I left the house late this afternoon on the Surly and rode to Cleveland Park then up Cleveland to Camperdown and across town on Broad. I took Washington then Hampton Avenue and crossed the Hampton Avenue Bridge and passed by Hampton Station and got on the trail just below the cafe. Then I rode straight up the trail then headed back down the trail. I got off at Blue Ridge Drive to look at where they are talking about tunneling under it. I stayed on the prescribed detour and came back through Falls Park and Cleveland Park. The surly just feels heavy. With the 700 x 42 tires it's even heavier. I don't know if I'm just getting older and it's starting to tell or what.
