Ride Description: W/Sue... Wacky day. Started out to ride Namakagon to Rock Lake, but The mechanic that put on Sues new crank, put one arm on wrong, so after a mile or so (3.31 miles) we headed back. Went to New Moon in Hayward, got the crank arms straightened out and went to Hatchery Creek. I felt great but Sue bonked once we got into Makwa Trail a bit. She ended up walking a mile or so. Saw the Cindy's as we were riding the wrong way on the trail. Oooooops! I missed a turn.
And Sue's rear suspension was bottoming out so we put more air in it twice. I thought the shock might need a rebuild. Tim checked it out at New Moon and said it needed new air seals, Then set it up properly for her. |
