The big heat has settled in but it didn't deter the ice cream ride. It was 101 when I left the house and 104 when I got home. I was stunned at how slow the average speed was. it didn't,t seem that slow, but it was. There were three of us that braved the heat. We did spend a fair amount of time at the ice cream shop and I also stopped at Spinx between the park and home for a cold Gatorade.
