Another hot windy day. Rather than take a long ride today I decided to break it up into two medium length rides. Started off with the Ridge Road. Had a strong tailwind up but didn't get much speed out of it. Climbed into a headwind on the way back. Nice ride with epic views and a great descent from Seymouerville but wasn't able to take it up a notch on the climbs which was my goal for the morning.
Evening ride didn't work out for me as I was flagged down by a woman that was having car trouble. Rode home and got some tools and my truck and got her out of a fix but missed my evening ride. Qualifies for my good deed for the day. Hopefully the road gods will reward me with favorable tailwinds on my next ride.
