 Easy Dundee
Intended on a recovery day from yesterday's hard riding and tomorrow's fifty mile tour in Perry, NY. Wanted to get thirty or so miles of easy spinning in. Wasn't much wind today and temperature was moderate. Headed up to Glenora then over the hill to Dundee Spun the climb out of Watkins well with the a light tailwind and had an easy ride for the first half. Climb out of Glenora at this point in the year hardly seems like a climb at all. Even the climb out of Dundee seemed fairly easy but started to run out of leg well before Reading Center. Legs felt very heavy at the end of the ride even on the downhill section and ran out of juice going through the traffic in Watkins. Had hoped to finish fresh but didn't happen. Headed home to drink heavily and eat heartily and resupply my depleted body for tomorrow.
