Even though it is still hot I decided to head to the ICAR and try a ride. I made one full loop and 3 loops in the Lakewood/Mapleton neighborhood. There were a lot of bikers out on the ICAR loop and they were blowing right by me! I can ride on the level and downhill with them but I am still dragging too much of a load to climb with them! I bought a Mango/Tango smoothie after the ride.
