Another bad day on the bike. Had a great time riding yesterday and had to pay the price today. Actually a sunny day in July on the bike wasn't really too bad but it was pretty much spin the climbs and coast everything else. First climb was abysmal but climb up Swartwood was fairly decent, though I never came out of the saddle. Got some slow miles in. Legs are still sour and always seem to be on the verge of bonking. North wind was brutal, but at least it was a warm wind.
