During our softball game tonight, the other team had the bases loaded and nobody out. The batter hit a line drive to Vance, playing third tonight. The runner on third had started running when the bat hit the ball, and Vance was able to get to the bag before the runner could retreat. The runner on second was also running, and apparently didn't know the rule about 'tagging up' on a fly ball as he was more than halfway to third. Vance thres the ball to Aarron who stepped on second base to complete the triple play. Vance actually could have run down the runner himself and completed an unassisted triple play, but we would take the three outs anyway we can get them.
We ended up winning the game 10-0.
