Ride Description: Namakagon-Glacier-Rock Lake-Namakagon Loop. Scared Michelle Simone on Namakagon trail. She was hiking/jogging with headphones and didn't hear me come up behind her. Also saw John working on new trails at Rock Lake. I went back to help work on the trail with him later.
The best my legs & lungs have felt in a long time. However, I didn't have a great flow today. Crashed over the flat rock drop near the parking lot.
