I took off today shortly after lunchtime to get in a ride. I knew immediately that I had no legs. Last night a hornet got me on the right calf and I loaded up on Benadryl when I went to bed last night. It was also windy and I struggled the whole way. I stopped by the smoking area at work and talked to Steve E and we called Lou while I was there. Even though it was a tough ride it was good. My right calf has a knot and is sore where it got nailed.
