Had a fairly pleasant ride today on the Arnot Forest route despite the lack of bear sightings. Power output was steady today. Climbs were decent and without any struggling. Course is was quite a bit easier than the last attempt when my bottom bracket went south. Thought I would have had a better average time as climbs went well and had a good tailwind back through Smith Valley. Still can't complain as the recent heat wave has passed, roads were smooth, traffic was light, and winds were gentle.
