Ride Description: South Portion of Blue Loop was closed due to recent rains. So I took RED to the Cut-Off trail. The Cut-Off trail is very cool! At the 1st Road crossing of the Connector Trail, there was a Closed Trail Sign. Several riders were there, and decided to ride. The trail was in great shape.
I started slow, didn't feel swift, slight chest tightness, light headed and got the chills early on. I HATE these drugs. Started to feel pretty good about 12 miles, but legs didn't feel as good as they have the last few times out.
1st Loop was 17.70 miles, 2:17:04. I drank and ate, and did another short RED/Short cut-off/ORANGE Loop. There is a huge, loose rock, monster hill on the Orange Loop. Had to walk much of it.
