I took pretty much the same route as last night except I went around Monaghan Mill instead of the Washington Street hump bridge. I also made an unscheduled stop to call 9-1-1 about an abandoned bike along the trail. It was there when I went by going north and still there when I came back south. The path is right next to the river at that point but I could see nobody anywhere around. I told them that it wasn't really an emergency but that they may want to look and see. On the ride I felt like I was riding on flat tires.
