Ride Description: IMBA "Epic" #3. While camping on vacation in Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota, when we noticed on the map, that the MDH trail was nearby, and we could go check it out on our "camping Trek's", just to say we rode another IMBA Epic. While in Medora we noticed the southern trail head was close, so we went there to ride. The first .2 miles of trail looked like the Connector trail at Kettle, then it became new singletrack.(some of the flag line was still there) At .4 miles the trail disappeared at the Little Missouri River, or a small creek depending on which way we looked. So we rode back thru the horse campground area back to the car.
If this trail is an IMBA Epic, so are the trails in my back yard. |
