Ride Description: W/Sue. Sue wanted to ride after work and I had already mountain biked, so we went on a road ride.
Felt strong at the start, but Sue was tired and hot so we took it easy. The headwind actually felt better than the tailwind today, with the heat and humidity.
Legs were toast at 23 miles. Six13 miles go back in front of Rush. |
