I rode the Surly from home this morning. I was going to ride out Old Buncombe, but it was overcast and spitting when I left home so I stayed on the trail. I rode to Travelers Rest and stopped at the TReeHouse for breakfast. I had a café au lait with scrambled eggs, bacon, and tomatoes. I talked to Ragan and Gene while there. I rode straight down the trail and ended up passing a tandem several times on the trail, then finally on Hillside Drive.
