I went to the ICAR to ride the beginners ride but the ride was at 7 and I was there at 6. I ran into PJ as I was leaving with my smoothie from KEVA. The ride was a struggle into the wind. I am also growing more and more uncomfortable on the comfort bike as I grow more comfortable with the road bike. I don't know if I'll get in my 40 miles this week as I am leaving for Baltimore on Friday morning and won't be home until Sunday night.
