Little cool in the morning but not that unpleasant. Legs were very stiff and sore today after last nights ITT effort. Spun easy up SR14 to Glenora and went over the hill to Dundee. Light breeze made for a nice ride. Tried to relax as much as possible as have a hard weekend coming up with two very hilly races back to back.
