Not feeling very energetic again and opted for another fat burning ride to hopefully get the weight under control. Started up New Odessa Hill today though it is my least favorite of the three parallel climbs to Odessa. It is pretty much a boring steady seven percent grade. It does have the best views of the valley below and a nice view over the bridge to the Catlin Mill Creek chasm if you take the time to look over the edge. Really didn't do much today other than ride steady. The rest of the climbs were also steady grades up the valley from Odessa and over the ridge from Interlaken. I did do a little work on the final climb out of Valois on SR 414 and was helped by a good tailwind. Finished the ride off with the long downgrade on SR 414. Didn't really push the pace and spent some quality time viewing the lake. Fairly good day cruising once I got the first climb out of the way.
