Rained most of the day and had almost abandonded ridin when I noticed the sun had come out a little after six. Didn't want to do too much with a race in the morning but wanted to get some spinning in the get out any leftover debris from yesterday's timetrial. Did the route backwards by starting with the climb up New Corning. Didn't do much on the climb but got into the ride at the top of the hill and decided to try to get the average up to seventeen on the fourteen mile descent. Legs spun nice and felt smooth but had quite a time trying to hold down my lunch that I had eaten moments before the ride. Air was very invigorating after the rain and had a fun ride. Felt fast during the ride but legs didn't seem to generate much spark and so don't feel very strong. Looks like I'll be doing some quality drafting tomorrow.
