The bike has been in the shop but it's back now so I headed out to Fairforest and the ICAR. I stopped at work to see if anyone out in the smoking area, but they were all inside. I did see Patty in the parking lot. Twenty miles into the ride I developed a severe pain in my left glut and had to dismount and park for about 10 minutes for it to pass. This happens about once every couple of months, but never when I am riding. It normally happens after I am asleep. After that the rest of the ride was uneventful.
