Even though it is nice and cool I am staying on the Swamp Rabbit until I can get some legs back. I headed on up the the trail to get in some miles. I turned around across from Sun Rift and came back down the trail.it was cool and windy with sprinkles from Furman to Blue Ridge and again from Stone to the house. It was a good ride.
