My legs have not felt very strong lately, with the Short and Fat a month away I think I'll start my squat at work program today.
Currently reading: A Year with swollen appendices - Brian Eno's Diary. --- Very interesting read. Eno's diary from 1995, Every morning I read the entry for that day. Strange way to read a book, but it's not your average book. And, "The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins.
I'm going to get out the hi-fi manuals tonight and see if I can get the subwoofer working.
I just found out Barrack Obama is a White Sox fan, but not even that is enough to get my vote following his recent statements saying he wants to rename and expand Bush's faith-based initiative Constitutional violations. I think I'll vote for Barr. I don't agree with everything he stands for, but at least he's not a Republican or a Democrat. www.bobbarr2008.com/splash/video/?s0618
Demolition on dining room walls and bathroom starts Wednesday. This should be interesting. With a dumpster handy, it'll be a good time to thin out the storage room. Looks like the bikes will gather more dust.
Saw the new Batman movie "The Dark Knight" last night. It was quite good! It's always cool to see scenes that were shot in Chicago under the "L" (Franklin St.) It's one of my favorite areas in Chicago. I love all the Art Galleries and Contemporary Furniture stores. It's kinda strange how they keep coming up with all these new and different big screen movie ideas on the Batman theme, but most of them have been pretty darned entertaining and/or interesting. I still liked the cinema photography of the Tim Burton version, but the Dark Knight plot and theme was very thought provoking. And the Joker character was very impressively portrayed by Heath Ledger.
Live Long And Prosper.
