Ride Description: W/Sue... A perfect morning ride. Slight 5-10 mph tailwind on the way to Capron. Wind picked up on the way back, but the Long Prairie Trail tree cover blocked much of the headwind. We stopped at the ice cream shop in Poplar Grove.
I felt better than my last road ride, but chest was tight the first 8 miles, and a little tight on the Hamborg hill.
From Blaine Rd we took Capron Rd. to the Long Prairie Trail. Then we stayed on the Stone Bridge Trail to the Roland Olson parking lot. |
