Really trashed my body on the Run to the Lake and felt it today on a short easy ride. Legs were sore and tight on the way up into the wind. Climb didn't go to well either as had no spin at all and had to stand up for most of the short climb. Did feel a little better on the run back down SR 14 as the legs started to loosen up. It really is hard not to feel good on that section of road especially with a tailwind. Beautiful day for riding.
