After getting my rear end whipped at the ICAR on Thursday I went back to the flatter Swamp Rabbit route today. Even it seemed a struggle, but it wasn't too bad. The ride north was fairly uneventfu except a train had the trail blocked at Bramlett. I rode around the train on Washington via the "hump bridge." Jenn wasn't at the Creamery, but Tralayne was there. I had a small cake batter/chocolate twist and went back at it. Northpointe Baptist Church had a tent set up at the gazebo so I stopped for a bottle of water. Three times on this ride I had to yell at oncoming riders to look ahead. They were gawking and had wandered across the trail instead of riding their line. Even though I am bigger than other riders, I don't relish the thought of a head on collision. I met Ken as I was riding south somewhere south of Bramlett. All in all it was a good ride.
