Tonight. I headed to the ICAR to ride with PJ. I didn't know what time they started so I showed up at 6 and thought I'd pass through the parking lot again at 6:30 and 7:00. During these laps I saw a lot of paracyclists preparing for the world championships this coming weekend. There were several teams riding and wandering from the hotels to Whole Food and the eateries over there. There were a lot of hand cyclists a d blind tandem riders on the ICAR. I also ran into Lou and he ride with me a couple of times. At 7:00 PJ and his group were getting ready to go. There were five of us - PJ, Mike, avery, Bill, and me. We rode short and slow. Then stopped at Yogurt Mountain and talked for a while.
