Another Traditional Johnson Hollow Friday Ride
Back up Johnson Hollow with what has become an almost weekly event. The only difference is this week's events, due to the Labor Day weekend, are on Sunday and Monday. Took yesterday off the bike and went to the state Fair. Thought that taking a day off might refresh my legs, but it did not turn out to be the case. Had to push a headwind to Millport and legs were heavy. Climb was lackluster as well. Ended up spinning easy over the rest of the ride and coasting the hill into Watkins. Got some miles in but wasn't encouraged about tomorrow's chances on race day since my legs didn't feel charged up. Loaded up the bike after the ride and drove to Clearfield, PA after the ride.
