I have been away for the past week so have been off the bike for that period. I also put on a ton of weight in such a short time. We got in last night from Arkansas so I headed out to get back to it this morning. I took east North to Cleveland Park then skirted downtown and picked up the Swamp Rabbit on River Street. I followed it to north of Furman and took my detour by the Mustang house and on to the gazebo in Travelers Rest. I stopped there for 20 ounces of my weak Gatorade mix. Then I took my normal route from there back to the house. The bike is making a lot of cracking and popping noises, so I need to check the pedals and crank arms to see if they are loose. On the way home the police had surrounded a home along East North Street as some sort of drama was playing out.
