After work today I decided that I would head out to the Swamp Rabbit and try to get in 20 miles. I am getting more comfortable on the Gary Fisher and also more comfortable with traffic on East North Street. I rode to the north side of the Furman campus and stopped at the northern round-about for a drink. On the way back Alley Kat's was open so I stopped in for a quick Gatorade and chat with the family that mans it. Alley told me that she will be making her first donation to the Shrine Club and she will be having her 7th birthday tomorrow. Her little brother chimed in that his is 2. I felt slow riding but see that my average speed is about .6 mph faster than Saturday. On Saturday I felt like I was making good time.
